Invitations and print for Special Functions

Through our network of contacts with specialist printers, and our own in-house print resources, we offer the facility to design and produce attractive and unique invitations and support materials - such as menus and table plans, for special occasions.

On the left are examples of materials produced for the Regional Language Network Southwest's "Business Language Champions" Gala Dinner. For this prestigious event, held at the Lord Haldon Hotel near Exeter, Graphic Words produced gilt-edged invitation cards; menus featuring sponsor organisations logos; table plans (tables were identified with countries' flags rather than numbers, to emphasise the international flavour of the event); table "flags"; promotional tent cards for each of the guests, and directional signage for temporary use.

We also designed and produced the displays mounted at the event, and assisted in the administration of the event on the day.

In 2006, we were again commissioned to provide invitations, print and display materials for the RLN-SW's second Gala Dinner.

Similar special commission print projects include postcards - such as that produced for West Devon Borough Council to advertise their revised contact details.
